Cancellation Policy
Each cancellation will be assessed on an individual basis.
However, most short notice cancellations of less than one months notice will not be eligible for a refund of deposit.
We have this policy as we do not run as a Motel, taking people off the road, and most people who stay with us plan and book
their holidays from three to twelve months in advance. This one months notice policy for cancellations, gives us a small chance of rebooking a unit
if it is cancelled. Any less than one months notice usually means we miss out on any income for that unit other than the deposit paid.
